Al-Ni compound busbar refer to the busbar which has two different materials: Aluminum and Nickel.Al-Ni compound busbar is majorly used as module output busbar. Aluminum terminal will be in module and for laser welding,and Nickel terminal will be out of module and for bolt/nutconnection. Al-Ni compound busbar is produced by molecular diffusion welding, not ultrasonic welding

Solid Busbar

Solid busbar is manufactured from aluminum plate as main part. The nickel foil is welded onto the main part through molecular diffusion welding machine. The thickness of aluminum plate can be 1.0mm-4.0mm and the thickness of the nickel foil normally be 0.1mm. Aluminum terminal will be laser welded in module, Nickel terminal will be bolt/nut connected with copper busbar at out of module. Read more

Flexible Busbar

Flexible busbar is manufactured from 0.1mm or 0.2mm thick aluminum foil as main part. The nickel foil is welded onto the main part through molecular diffusion welding machine. The thickness of aluminum plate can be 1.0mm-4.0mm and the thickness of the nickel foil normally be 0.1mm. Aluminum terminal will be laser welded in module, Nickel terminal will be bolt/nut connected with copper busbar at out of module. Read more
